Our constant current high frequency generators produce nanocrystalline and atomic elemental particles of silver charged with a high Zeta Potential. These are not ions, which can cause Argyria.  Nanoparticles are catalysts and are not affected by the hydrochloric acid of the stomach do not enter into the biochemical metabolism of the body and are excreted unchanged through the kidney.

Components are designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME BPE specifications for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical processing industries. The stainless steel chamber is designed for any liquid flow process or high purity utility application where cleanability, sterility, dimensional integrity, and materials of construction are critical. Series 25 fittings are designed and manufactured according to strict tolerances for ovality, end face squareness, wall thickness, and material chemistry. Series 25 products are also compatible with clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) processes.

CHAMBER: Ionization Tee chamber 2 inches ID is available in three standard surface finish configurations:

-1MP Option: Internal surface mechanically polished per ASME BPE SFF1 standard (20 Ra maximum)
Outer surface is mechanically polished to a 32 Ra finish with welds ground flush and polished

-5 Option: Internal surface mechanically polished and electropolished per ASME BPE SFF5 standard (20 Ra maximum)
Outer surface  in as-welded condition, with a light scotch-brite buff applied to the mill finish

-5MP Option: Internal surface mechanically polished and electropolished per ASME BPE SFF5 standard (20 Ra maximum)
Outer surface  is mechanically polished to a 32 Ra finish with welds ground flush and polished
 

CLAMP :  Clamp is made of 304L stainless steel in 2-piece, 3-piece, and high pressure bolt styles. They are designed to facilitate fast system assembly and disconnect quickly for easy access to the process system, yet are secure and fissure free.

END-CAP:  HPS Series 25 encaps are available in two standard surface finish configurations:

-1MP Option ID mechanically polished per ASME BPE SFF1 standard (20 Ra maximum)
OD is mechanically polished to a 32 Ra finish with welds ground flush and polished

-5MP Option ID mechanically polished and electropolished per ASME BPE SFF5 standard (20 Ra maximum)
OD is mechanically polished to a 32 Ra finish with welds ground flush and polished

GASKET:  Biophysica offers a variety of gaskets to promote easy system installation in the most demanding customer applications. Gaskets are available standard or flanged. Standard is lower cost. Flanged has a better fit and positioning. The compounds offered include Viton, TeflonŽ, peroxide cured and platinum-cured Silicone, Buna-N and EPDM, with a high chemical and sanitary purity. Certifications of Compliance for elastomer gaskets are available on request

FERRULES:  This is a piece of stainless steel tubing 2.25 inches in length with a flange for attachment to other pipes using a clamp.

Silver ionization has not yet been approved for sale in Canada.
