Dual metal ionizer with separate  Silver and Copper electrodes

Colloidal Silver Generators Pictures of ionizers OWNERS’ MANUAL SYNOPSIS for  SWIMMING POOL IONIZER

Ionizer, transparent charging chamber (with magnet and UV) and internationally approved 2.1 ampere power supply.

Transparent charging chamber with electrodes of Copper/Silver alloy (or pure Silver for drinking).  Opaque chamber (on left side) contains Ultra-Violet lamp and large ring magnet. Input and output pipes can be any diameter from 1/2" to 2'. Electrode cables are here shorted to demonstrate that current remains constant at the pre-programmed level (here set at 137 milliamperes) even when the electrical water load is highly conductive, such as with salty water.  Other non-constant current ionizers would blow a fuse.

Magnetic Treatment:  Contains magnetic water and fluid treatment; can help to prevent and dissolves lime scale deposits. Water surface tension can reduced by up to 10%.

Ultra Violet energy helps to destroy pre-existing water-borne pathogens, such as E. coli, Giardia and Cryptosporidium, but provides no residual antimicrobial potency. UV does not form dangerous by-products, such as trihalomethanes (THMs), and is environmentally clean and safe. There are no toxic chemicals and no risk of chlorine gas leaks.

An extra option on the generator is a separate additional output channel for making Ionised Colloidal waters for drinking.

A less expensive "bare-bones" model of each ioniser has water-proofed aluminium case, opaque charging chamber, no UV light, meter or control knob and can be set by the user at a choice of 10 charging current levels appropriate to the specific size of pool. Using the Ion Test Kit, the user would know when to turn down or switch OFF the ioniser when the ideal level of Copper ion is reached.

Complete compact industrial ionizer system with

Transparent 2” charging chamber with 2 electrodes of Copper/silver alloy, Control box and power adapter.

Acidic & Alkaline water: Complete compact industrial ionizer system with transparent 2” charging chamber with one inlet port, two outlet ports and two separate outlet chambers for acid and alkaline water. One electrode is Anode (+) produces acidic water and other is Cathode (-) produces alkaline water.  Electrodes can be of  long-lasting Titanium.

Our innovative two channel model with 6 levels of separate control over each of one copper and one silver electrode. Designed for fish farms and aquariums where some fish thrive better with Silver. Separate replaceable Silver and Copper electrodes and separate control over each electrode. Power supply is internationally approved 1 amp at 48 volts. Box is rugged, diecast aluminum alloy with or without mounting flanges. DC current contains high frequency pulse modulated to improve ionization.

Silver ionization is not approved in Canada.

Copper electrodes for pools and pure silver electrodes for drinking and restaurant water.

Our copper electrodes have a larger than usual surface area (flat rather than round) for greater conductivity in pure water with low electrical conductivity less than 500 uS or 300 ppm).  See "problem of pure water".

Each is 1.5" x 0.25" x 6" Total consumable electrode weight is 558 gms.  With 1 ppm (1 mg/l) this would charge 55,800 litres.

FORMULAS AND CONVERSIONS (There are 6 commonly used measures of volume)

A pool of 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre = 1 cubic metre

Since 1 metre = 100 centimetres, then 1 cubic metre = 100 x 100 x 100 cubic centimeters or 1 million cc’s

Since 1 cc = 1 millilitre (one thousandth of a litre) , then

·        1 cubic metre = 1000 litres = 35.3 cubic feet = 264 gallons (US) = 222 gallons (Imperial)

·        1 cubic foot = 28317 cc’s = 28.32 litres = 7.5 gallons (US) = 6.29 Gallons (Imperial)

·        1 gallon (Imperial) = 1.2 gallons (US) = 4.546 litres =  0.159 cubic feet = 0.0045 cu metres

·        1 gallon (US) = 0.8327 gallons (Imperial) = 3.785 litres  = 0.1337 cubic feet = 128 fluid ounces = 0.0038 cu metres = 0.0038 cubic metres

·        1 fluid ounce = 29.57 cc = 2 tablespoonfuls = 6 teaspoonfuls

·        1 litre = 0.2642  gallons (US) = 0.22 gallons (Imperial) = 0.0353 cubic feet = 33.8 fl. oz.

  • 1 drop = 0.1 cc; 1 cc = 16 drops; 1 teaspoonful = 50 drops = 5 cc

A typical swimming pool of 400 cu metres = 105,650 gallons (US) = 88,000 gals (Imp)

A typical swimming pool of 20,000 gallons (US) = 76 cubic metres

A typical swimming pool of 100,000 gallons (US) = 380 cubic metres
